Finding the right recruitment consultants is fundamental to ensuring that we provide our clients and candidates with the best possible service. As part of our growth plans, we have initiated a ‘Graduate Academy’ and are working closely with local educational establishments to recruit and train up to 4 Graduate Recruitment Consultants each year.
Following a successful selection process, TSA is proud to announce that the first of our Graduate Recruitment Consultants, Sacha Balde and Mo Abu-El-Zeet, have started their TSA journey today!
