The ideal candidate will work as part of the FM Engineering team to manage delivery of minor repair and project works in a focused and professional manner.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing the delivery of minor works services including low to high risk activities through specialist partners, throughout the assigned region across a diversity of sites
- Ensure safe delivery of a customer focused, cost effective and compliant service which meets contractual and legal obligations
- Liaise effectively with building users to establish the required brief and coordination with all parties on approved projects to agree on sequence of works to a timescale
- Ensure technical competence of the team and supply chain whilst promoting best practice and innovation
- Maintain excellent relationships with the client, subcontractors and supply chain partners
- Ensure compliance with IMS, Security and relevant company and client policies
Experience required:
- Enhanced DBS Required
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation including CDM, Temporary works, preplanning and subcontractor management
- Previous experience in a similar role
- NEBOSH Qualified
- Training / Experience of working within the CDM Regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Project Management experience
- Knowledgeable with IT systems
