ASSISTANT/QUANTITY SURVEYOR - SEAHAM - UP TO £40K

This is a brand new position to work within a busy water framework with multiple opportunities for progression and project variation.

Covering both major projects and minor works, this position has arisen with a well known, privately owned, civil engineering contractor with a huge pipeline of work in front of them and the ability to mentor people through their chartership. 

The company has a superb reputation both in terms of quality of project delivery and in their staff retention and they have the ability to offer staff members completely unique packages.

Work could include reservoirs, water treatment plants, installation and maintenance of new pipework including offering several years of guaranteed local work. 

Most of the work is carried out under the NEC suite of contracts. Due to the nature of this position, the company is encouraging newly qualified staff (with industrial year placements or one years work experience) as well as more experienced QS's with NEC experience looking for a career change with further training available.
