Project Manager - Outside IR35 Compliant Role - £10m+ Highways Project - Scunthorpe/Doncaster - 18 Months work - May Start 

Have you been forced to accept an IR35 determination from a client who doesn't understand the changes?
Are you a IR35 compliant Project Management contractor? 
Would a 18 month IR35 compliant civils scheme be of interest?

I am currently recruiting for a Project Manager to deliver a key highways infrastructure project in the Doncaster/Scunthorpe region worth £12m for a regional contractor who has deemed this position to be outside of IR35 regulations for those who are compliant. 

The scheme is programme to run for over a year and is valued at £12m, made up of key infrastructure changes to roundabouts, carriagways and local highway adoptions for a new development. 

The successful candidate will have experience deliver £7m+ highways schemes for civil engineering contractors, experience managing client expectations as well as managing programme and budget.
