Duties and Responsibilities
- General HR duties – building relationships with stakeholders, liaising with all departments and representing the function
- Providing effective employee relation support, including case management, support, and administration
- Being involved with recruitment of new team members, and ownership of the recruitment system
- Taking ownership and responsibility of the HR system – ensuring it is up-to-date and correct at all times
- Previous HR advisory experience
- Focused and highly motivated
- Time management skills
- Excellent communication
- Full UK driving license
