Job Title: Helpdesk Coordinator
Location: Ashton Under Lyne

TSA are recruiting for a Helpdesk Coordinator to assist a well-known Facilities management company.

The main responsibilities to include:

  • Answering all incoming support calls and emails from clients
  • Excellent customer service
  • Dealing with queries and logging calls on an internal system
  • Liaising with the other teams regarding any queries or problems
  • Supporting the Management Team with improving business processes and client liaison
  • General Administration and housekeeping within the office
Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Helpdesk coordinator or a similar role
  • Must have experience using Concept
  • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service and seeking improvement for clients and consumers
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft packages
  • Good general standard of education
