I believe that having concise policies, procedures and systems in place ensures that TSA is able to operate to a very high standard. My strong background in administration has enabled me to put such policies and procedures in place and create a blue print for the company moving forward and embed a strong focus on quality. Implementing our ISO 9001:2015 standards is one such example of this. Our Business Support Team assists with the administrative side of the recruitment process allowing our consultants to focus on finding the right candidates for the right job roles and also ensuring that procedures are carried out in accordance with our company policies via a robust auditing process.
Completing my CIPD in Human Resource Management and becoming an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development has enabled me to take on a HR role within the business, ensuring that we conduct our business in an ethical manner, ensuring compliance with legislation as well as placing a strong focus on training and development.
