I have been in sales since 2012, alongside studying Building Surveying at Northumbria University. Having done both B2B and B2C sales by the time I had graduated, I realised I had a passion for sales and in-depth knowledge of building surveying. I started my career in recruitment during January 2017 and made the move to TSA Ltd to combine my passion for recruitment and my surveying degree.
As a people person, I was drawn to recruitment due to the constant interaction and relationship building aspects of the role. My approach to recruitment is simple; get to know clients and candidates further than the specifications supplied, this is crucial when introducing two parties with the intention of forming a long valuable relationship.
I joined TSA Ltd to make my move into surveying recruitment, with a years’ recruitment experience, I required mentoring from experienced recruiters and a solid client base as the foundation of the business. TSA offered just this and within my first year I was promoted to a Recruitment Consultant.
